becoming the change we wish to see in the world,
with Anneke Lucas & Anneke Sips
May 28 and May 29, The Hague, The Netherlands
It's easy to notice that great shifts are occurring in the world. Much darkness that forever has been hidden, is now being revealed, to be cognized and consciously integrated. Only once the dark secrets underlying society's structures are fully brought into the light, can we move forward to create lasting change.
Paradoxically, the first and best way to accomplish this big-scale change, is to go within, to remove our own blind spots, the ways in which we were brainwashed through trauma, which unconsciously keep us tied to the toxic power paradigm.
When we say 'darkness', we mean both the organized suppression and control of humanity and how trauma, pedophilia and even mind control are a necessary part of our current power paradigm. If these topics are new for you, and even if you have been aware of them for some time, it is natural, when confronted with them to feel overwhelmed, powerless and small... or skeptical, doubtful and reactive.
Anneke Lucas was a child slave to an elite pedophilic network, and her life-long healing journey gives her unique insights into power dynamics, both on the personal and global levels.
Having experienced this darkness at the seat of global power, she has been sharing her story for 10 years and is an inspirational example of the triumph of the human spirit. She also has developed The Unconditional Model that can serve as a healing path out of this darkness, into the light.
The Unconditional Model is a modality that can be applied to any healing service as well as for anyone who cares, professionally or generally, to be more fully present with oneself and others.
The model uses power dynamics as a lens through which we first examine our own unresolved trauma and unmet emotional needs, bringing us to a mindful, gentle practice of self-acceptance and self-love.
Doing this work on ourselves first enables us to share with others with awareness of interpersonal power dynamics, which puts us in a unique position to help reverse trauma in others and do our part in bringing about a new earth!
for whom?
this is for all who care
Living in the global power structure, we have all experienced trauma. New Earth in Practice is for anyone who wishes to be more self aware and more unconditionally present to others. Providers (therapists, coaches, teachers, healthcare providers, and the like) who wish to be even more trauma-informed and of assistance to traumatized populations might particularly benefit.
Whether you have encountered the darkness directly, work with people who have, are close to someone who has, or want to be better informed to support personal and societal change, this workshop is for you.

becoming the change we wish to see in the world
In this 2-day workshop, Anneke Lucas, together with Anneke Sips, pioneering therapist and creator of Network Yoga Therapy, guide you to clearly and compassionately meet the darkness so as to allow the light to enter.
We will explore ourselves through compassionate and all-encompassing parts-work and gain understanding about how our blind spots are used and exploited in the toxic power paradigm. We will learn how to heal ourselves in the context of changing the world.
New Earth in Practice offers a set of techniques that examine personal, interpersonal and global power dynamics. Here are some outcomes:
1. Becoming more conscious of outer power dynamics
We become more conscious of the dark power structure of the world we are living in, and how this affects each one of us individually. Through lecture and examining our own privileges we learn that we have choices and agency.
2. Becoming more conscious of our inner power dynamics
We become more conscious of how our inner power dynamics connect to our own trauma through group reflection, journaling (you will receive a questionnaire) and mindfulness practices. We learn how healing ourselves impacts the world.
3. Healing our trauma in the context of global change
We practice self-inquiry through parts work, in the group and individually supported with guided meditations and exercises (you will receive a work-book). With these practical tools you can heal unresolved trauma: this equalizes our inner power imbalance.
4. Extend our healing and awareness to others
In reflection, our healing changes the vibration of the Earth and we can be present with others in full clarity and compassion. You will learn the four conditions that need to be present to help reverse trauma in others. We offer space to create your own, natural reminders to take home.

About Anneke Lucas:
Anneke Lucas is an Author, Speaker, Advocate for child sex trafficking victims and creator of The Unconditional Model. Her work is based on her personal experience of a 30-year healing journey after surviving being sold by her family as a child sex slave to a pedophile network.
Her healing through psychotherapy, writing, yoga and meditation was synthesized during a decade of service with incarcerated populations and with survivors of sex trafficking inside and outside of prisons.
About Anneke Sips:
'mother, therapist, wayfinder'
Navigating psychiatry for 25 years as Registered Nurse and yoga therapist, Anneke now amplifies transformation in this field by connecting with others who are willing to open up to explore and experience a wider spectrum of possibilities in the field of healing and health. Labels off, love on!
Her strength is connecting applied yoga philosophy, mental health (especially trauma, grief and sorrow and psychosis) and mother earth. In addition to seeing people in therapy sessions, she and her team educate doctors and other healthcare professionals to create an ecosystem of sustainable solutions for health and wellness.
The grand compassity and compassion with which Christina and Anneke met my every part [during Shifting the Power], really did start an inner shift for me for which I am forever grateful. This seed of compassion will forever be with me and I´m so happy to watch it grow.
Christina´s virtuous creativity and clairsentience, Anneke´s clear language and great courage to face her darkest parts have inspired me deeply and profoundly. What was really striking is the magic of the group work. The listening and connecting to my fellow Powershifters gave me so much strength, humility and many many opportunities to look at my hidden parts in the same courageous way they did. A lot of orphaned parts surfacing in this whirlwind of a program over the last 10 weeks... and they are continuing to bravely show themselves. It´s such tough yet rewarding work. With the guidance of God and all my spiritual allies I am confident to meet them all with love.
— Much love, Sonja Grafl
“Shifting the Power with Love” has absolutely created a huge shift in my own healing. Connecting to the different parts of myself and creating a space in which they can feel safe is a process that keeps rippling through. The tools make it easy to do this work on your own, with the guidance of a template and ebook. But I've also used some of the tools in my practice already, with really deep work in a surprisingly short amount of time.“
— Jorinde Berben
"The concepts of inner power dynamics and privilege, that you presented clearly as forces at work in the world we all live in, are so crucial for critical thinking for all of us at this time. These concepts were also inherent in the story that you shared about your life, and for me, were illuminating.”
— Lesley Becker
"As a trauma survivor myself, I don’t know how I walked into my two-day trauma conscious workshop unprepared. But I suppose that's the nature of the beast - even when you think you’re healing, there is more work to be done. And work I did during my time with Anneke and our lovely, warm, generous group of workshoppers. I rarely discuss my personal trauma outside of the confines of my therapist’s office - I’ve most definitely never shared one iota of my story with a room full of strangers. I did it, though. And even though those few words made me weep, something about those tears and the experience as a whole was cleansing. I’m different. I see the world through a shifted lens these days. Couple that with learning the language of choice and how to truly serve, and the fact remains, I am not just a better teacher, I am a better human. The work LPY does to help incarcerated men, women, and children is inspiring, and Anneke is a gift. I feel blessed to have spent two days in her presence and with our group - I only hope it's the beginning of my LPY/service journey."
— Madhuri Pavamani
It was the most awe inspiring, revealing and transformative training I have ever done. The courage and compassion in the room was beyond my expectations. Thank you!!!

"It is not necessary to be compassionate to do service – the opposite is true: service facilitates acceptance of love, which fosters compassion."
